- Photographer-Writer Gilbert Pool, former special adviser to Seychelles President France Albert René, retired from public service to look after his son who is suffering from acute Blood Cancer and is being treated in Singapore. Juggling fatherhood and work, during which he has to cook almost every day, he has become passionate about Food and Cooking. This weblog merges all his passions.
